This is Centaurus A, also known as the Hamburger Galaxy, and is catalogued as NGC 5128. it lies in the southern constellation of Centaurus. This galaxy has a strong radio source associated with a black hole, hence it’s radio designation Centaurus A.

Canon 60D at the prime focus of the KPO 18″ Reflector. 15 x 180 second exposures for a total integration time of 45 minutes. Captured and stacked in Nebulosity, processed in StarTools, and finished in Aperture.
